Updated the RequestTracker file that controls the body of the message used for the outgoing email, when a new ticket is created.
The file was called "vubuntus:/etc/request-tracker3.4/initialdata", and the comment area began around line 228. Now it looks just like I want it to.

Migrated my vmWin2k3 host from my vm380num1 VM server to my vm580num1 VM server tonite, after reducing memory footprint from 192Mb to 128Mb. This was so that I could make room on my vm380num1 host to bring vmConfWiki back up for some testing. The copy took a while, ...

Resolved issue with Request Tracker today - where I now allow new email features to work for this. A requirement was the firewall change that I made recently, and now I can accept specific addresses only, for this. This change was needed in vubuntus:/etc/postfix/main.cf :
mydestination = $myhostname.$mydomain
relay_domains=$mydestination
That resolved my mailing ...

Completed firewall modifications, and now new sites are enabled. Took a bit of mods on dns addresses, plus port mappings - but this should be much better now.

Added new virtual interfaces to my firewall policy and recompiled. This will help me enable new services from my internal network by exposing more address:port combinations. That way I can enable additional features in Request Tracker , and expose my Wiki to the world. That however, will require the installation ...
